The iconic Richmond property, long associated with former Prime Minister Imran Khan and the Goldsmith family, has been listed for sale following the death of Lady Annabel Goldsmith.
A historic London mansion closely linked to former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan and the Goldsmith family has been listed for sale with an asking price of £25 million, marking the end of an era for one of the UK’s most well-known family residences.
The property, Ormeley Lodge, is a 10-bedroom Georgian estate located on Ham Common in Richmond, southwest London, near Richmond Park. Spanning approximately 15,814 square feet, the detached residence includes seven bathrooms, landscaped gardens, and a separate cottage.
The decision to sell follows the death of Lady Annabel Goldsmith in October 2025. In a family statement, it was said that there was no practical reason to retain the property, as Jemima Khan now lives elsewhere in West London and her sons, Sulaiman Khan and Kasim Khan, have their own homes. The family described the house as a place filled with cherished memories and said Lady Annabel’s passing had left a profound void.
The Richmond residence served as Imran Khan’s London base for nearly two decades. During his marriage to Jemima Khan, he lived at the property and continued staying in an annexe after their divorce. The house also hosted political meetings, media interviews, and charitable campaign recordings during Khan’s frequent visits to the UK.
The property later became a focal point for political demonstrations involving supporters of both the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N). Jemima Khan repeatedly criticized protests outside the private residence, arguing that her elderly mother should not be drawn into political disputes.
