Apple has begun rolling out Apple TV and Apple Arcade to paid iCloud+ subscribers in Pakistan at no additional cost, bringing the two services to Pakistani users as part of an expanded cloud-storage subscription.
Pakistan is among more than 100 countries and regions included in Apple’s new iCloud+ offering. The company announced the broader expansion in September, with the rollout continuing through the end of the month.
Under the new arrangement, eligible paid iCloud+ subscribers can access Apple TV and Apple Arcade without paying separate subscription charges for the two services. Pakistani users had begun receiving emails about the expanded benefits, while Apple’s iCloud+ information lists Pakistan among the participating markets.
The change applies to paid iCloud+ plans, including the entry-level 50GB tier in participating markets. Apple is also allowing users to share their iCloud+ benefits, including Apple TV and Apple Arcade, with up to five family members through Family Sharing.
Apple TV provides access to the company’s original television series, films and documentaries, while Apple Arcade offers a catalogue of games without advertisements or in-app purchases. The availability of specific content and games can vary by country, region and device.
The development also changes how Apple offers its entertainment services in participating markets. Apple says standalone Apple TV and Apple Arcade subscriptions will no longer be available directly through Apple in countries receiving the new iCloud+ arrangement. Existing subscribers are being transitioned to access through iCloud+, with Apple Arcade game progress and saved data preserved.
The rollout follows Apple’s decision to expand iCloud+ with additional entertainment and music benefits across more than 100 markets. Apple TV is being introduced in 59 additional countries, taking its availability to 170 countries globally, according to Apple’s announcement.
For Pakistani users, the development means that those with eligible paid iCloud+ subscriptions can receive Apple TV and Apple Arcade as part of their existing subscription rather than purchasing the services separately.
The rollout may not appear simultaneously on every account, as Apple is implementing the change progressively across participating countries during September.
